Not compatible with MacBooks

I have an Apple MacBook and an apple iPhone 5 and after several attempts of trying to get this to work between the two, I finally gave up. I even got a Mac tech friend of mine to have ago and he was not able to get this app to work either. A good idea if it actually worked.
