Good when it works

I upgraded to the pro version but found it less reliable so switched back to the original. However over the last year it seems to have become less and less reliable – even when I pay for the confusing private proxy subscription. Half the time it just shows a frozen picture from the previous day. There needs to be a way to force a refresh or restart of the source app.
