Doesnt Work Windows 10 Pro/iPhone 5s

Everything installed fine and the instructions were easy to follow. However, even after installing the iCamSource software onto my Windows 10 machine and downloading the app onto my iPhone 5s, there was never a connection made. Keep getting a "No Camera Detected" error on my PC and a "No Sources Found" error on my iPhone. Tried different USB ports, restarting everything, triple checked the credentials...nothing. I do not recommend and hope they will refund me as I am dissatisfied with their product and feel robbed. :-(
